Fees

My rate is $120 per session. Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes.

Payment is required at the time services are rendered. There is a late cancellation or no show fee of $60. Please give me 24 hours advance notification if you are rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. I take cash, check, or credit card.

Insurance

I am currently a network provider through the following insurance companies

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

Lyra EAP

If you would like to see me, but need to use your insurance there are other options. Check to see if you have out of network benefits through your insurance company. If so you can submit claims for reimbursement. I can provide you all the information they will need to process your claim.

If you do plan on using your insurance, please understand your benefits as you may need prior authorization before services are rendered. You also need to understand what the client responsibility is regarding copays or coinsurance.

Also know that insurance requires a diagnosis and must demonstrate medical necessity. You are under no obligations to use your insurance. Not all counseling issues meet medical necessity.
